InboxAI· Email Assistant
The replies that make money sit in the inbox waiting for a moment that never comes.
InboxAI reads the mailbox, triages what needs a reply and writes the draft right there — using the knowledge base you uploaded. Any price, deadline or scope not in the conversation becomes a flagged gap, and sending stays blocked until a person resolves it.
Needs from you: authorization for the mailbox (Gmail, or any provider over IMAP). Our team makes the connection with you.
How it works
The sweep runs on the spot. The draft stays in your mailbox, in the place you already reply from.
Authorize the mailbox and upload what the company knows: price list, FAQ, policies — PDF, DOCX or text.
Reads new e-mails and separates what needs a reply from what doesn't.
Writes the reply from your base. What isn't in it becomes a flagged gap, not an invention.
The draft is in your mailbox. With a gap open, sending stays blocked until someone resolves it.
Only after your go-ahead. Never on its own.
What changes
The one replying is still you. What changes is arriving to a ready draft with the doubts pointed out.

a gap
blocks sending
Price, deadline or scope not in the conversation or the base get flagged, not guessed.

Gmail or IMAP. You reply from where you always did, with no other tool open.
your base
is the source
The files you upload go in immediately. Without them, the reply states it doesn't know.
In the Complete plan (R$ 99 (≈ US$ 19) a month): 40 emails answered/mo. Top-up: R$ 29 (≈ US$ 6) per 30 emails answered. No quota in the managed operation, with the other seven.
The screen you open
An example reply as it sits in your mailbox: what the base covers is written; what it doesn't becomes a gap for you to fill.
Illustrative example — the structure is the product's; the numbers belong to no client.
